When the devastating second wave of the Coronavirus pandemic impacted thousands of lives across India, the call for urgent aid arrived on May 4, 2021. Under the decisive leadership of Pramod as Chairman of the Jalaram Charitable Trust, Leicester, the team mobilized a swift emergency framework immediately.
During Pandemic 3 hour Bhajans on line were conducted at Bapa’s temple in Leicester by Sailesh Raja which raised £11.000 in the trust account
While the initial objective was to secure a single vehicle, the overwhelming global response empowered the Trust to order two fully equipped ambulances within 72 hours, completely bypassing standard bureaucratic delays via direct coordination with Rajkot media teams.

We have a long history of supporting good causes in our community and so hosting the COVID-19 vaccination centre fits perfectly into the ethos and values of the Jalaram Charitable Trust.”
